nope - you guys need to think outside the box a little...

clue 1 - reduce drag on crank

clue 2 - none of the above

clue 3 - it can help to prolong the life of the turbo - similar to a turbo timer, but without the turbo timer - although this only works on certain turbos!!!

clue 4 - its outside ...

i would say rebulid the ca, ca is very strong motor, 20k you will have a monster and reliable if you do it right.
RB is nice too but 20 will not enough or will not last long, cos you will never know the history of those import engine, and i am sure they will not let you open it just cos you want to ...
