starter motor problem

Post by SonOfAnarchy ZA »

ok so i tried to crank my car for the first time after the rebuild and natruelly the problems wernt over for me yet the starter sounds like it is grinding on some thing and the motor doesnt turn over at all my question is could it be this plate the was not put back  causing the problem??

my theory is that the starter is only half on the fly wheel and its slipping
