ok so i tried to crank my car for the first time after the rebuild and natruelly the problems wernt over for me yet the starter sounds like it is grinding on some thing and the motor doesnt turn over at all my question is could it be this plate the was not put back causing the problem??
my theory is that the starter is only half on the fly wheel and its slipping
"I'd rather lose by a mile because I built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me"
yes why did you forget to fi it again
big job now!

i wanted it back but the guy that was supposed to know what he is doing said it was a waist and that its not needed but its even worse it looks to me like without that plate the cluch doesnt engage so ja much to my delight i got a big job ahead of me
