Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
as in the subject, upper and lower harness included.

i am looking for what would ever be used just to run the motor...
so dibs on that.
You need both to run the motor. The upper harness has things like injectors, ignition, water temp, CEL signal, rpm signal, CAS signal etc. The lower harness has speed sensor, knock sensors, reverse switch, neutral switch, oil pressure signal, alternator wires etc. etc.
To run the motor you'll need the upper and lower harness and if you running the stock ecu you'll need the ignition ignitor module if its a series 1 motor.

If you can find one, they usually go for about 300usd plus you gotta add shipping and customs etc. And its a PITA to deal with customs sometimes.
How about we meet halfway? 2.5K?
