For powa conversion I c Arias seems to be the norm in terms of pistons what kinda abuse can std Rods take
ex. kadett 1.3 ls
ex. kadett 1.4 s
ex. kadett 1.8 glx (slightly modded)
ex. kadett big boss turbo
ex. Blue Nissan 200sx 93
ex. White Nissan 200sx 92
ex. Red Z32 Nissan 300zx TT 91

CP, Wiseco,JE,Arias,Vinolia,Diamond are some of the names that come to mind and they are all good.

Standard rods are forged and seem pretty strong just get some ARP rod bolts.
