I see you're an ex Opel man. welcome to da club. don't forget this months informal meeting. Come along & it will even better to chat.
The first & easiest mods you can do is the exhaust system & filter. This free's up much held back power as the standard one is very restrictive.
I have a full 63mm pipe with an s14 downpipe (straighter then the standard bent one) & a filter. I recommend you go straight to a 76mm exhaust, Front mount intercooler, performance filter.
This alone will free up a couple of KW on the wheels.
Next you can concentrate on the turbo & manifold & some extra boost.
After that I would suggest looking at the computer & & other stuff like, button clutch, lightened fly wheel, stronger engine & gearbox mounts yadda yadda yadda.
We have members here making about 100kw on the wheels & some up to 200KW on the wheels & still iimproving. Have a look at Phinx's low boost article, which is very very good.
Happy motoring & remember, look after your SX as well.

Ooopps. Should have read your article first before posting.
If you are re-doing the motor & turbo, then check out Vlade's article. Not the end result, just beginning part (Just jokes dude.)
If I had to re-do the motor, I would get oversized pistons & ceramic coat them & the valves. I will also get stronger conrod & bearings.
I will flow & port the head. Slap on a T3/T4 hybrid, running at least 1bar boost. Full 3inch downpipe & exhaust. very very big intercooler, must fill the entire bumper opening.
Increase full pressure with higher flow fuelpump & get bigger injectors.550cc. XMS Management system.
I would say it would be good for 180KW to 210KW on da wheels...reliably

From a CA18? Seems really optimistic and that T3/T4 is going to be laggy as hell.I would say it would be good for 180KW to 210KW on da wheels...reliably
Seeing as u are at sea level a GT28RS will work perfectly. It will have almost no lag and will boost close to 1.5 bar if you need it to.
Stay away from the Fong Kong tubular headers and fit a decent intercooler and by that I dont mean the biggest truck core you can find. Also fit a decent COLD air intake and exhaust and either a stand alone or a piggyback.

Agree with Calibrator...
I must say the mod that gave me the best results and I am most thankful for was the exhaust, that really brought the car alive - I'd say get a 3" and at least the same size down pipe... If you keep your stock down pipe and increase the exhaust I don't see how it can help, because you still have that restriction there eating power.
Hairdresser MX5
also agree with this statement from calibrator. The Calibrator wrote:that T3/T4 is going to be laggy as hell.
i know a really nice s13 setup purely for drifting. has a t3/t4, and makes good strong power (about 180rwkw) but my god, he gets hardly anything at low revs, and then suddenly BAM!!! 180wkw's!!!!
makes it difficult to drive, and very difficult to drift!!!!
go with a smaller ballbearing turbo for sure.

The T3/T4 comes in many shapes and sizes to suit your needs, have a look at the ideal turbo size thread, look for nad_200sx's post near the bottom of the page, very informative.
On the other hand if you have +- 11 grand to throw at a turbo then definitely buy a GT28RS as it's a great turbo for the CA motor.

Diesel power, hmm, yes, I think I'll have some of that.
