Does anyone have a left front window for the S14?
The S14 ECU has a fail safe mode that it reverts to if it judges an engine management system conponent to be faulty. In this mode the the engine will not rev over 2400rpm.

You might want to put the ECU in diagnostic test mode II and then you can read fault codes out via the engine warning light on the dashboard. Search on google how to do this or PM me your email address and I can send through a Fault Code guide.

Good luck. :)

I think that is a wise decision, remember where there is smoke there's fire !
And there has to be a reason why it is only R49 999 , i have never seen a genuinely decent s14 for under R60 000.
If you aren't in a rush i'm sure a decent one will come up for sale in the future , good luck and make sure the seller is 100% honest about the vehicle what ever the history is.
REMEMBER IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
