Could someone please assist me.
As far as I know there are 3 different turbos from the Sx range locally available. T25 from a standard S13 , then a T28 from the S14 and a bigger or better T28 from the S15. ( all according to Wikipedia )
I can get a black top SR20DET turbo for my CA18DET and would like to know if anyone knows what serial or part numbers would be on the different turbo's. I don't want to buy something that is worse than my old turbo.
Cheers

SR20 Red/ Black non vvt from a S13 has a T25G turbo bigger than the CA18 one
S14 SR20 VVT has a T28 / the BB one was only in japan so doubt you will get it here
S15 SR20 vvt also doubt you will find one here
GTi-R SR20 has a T28 with a 0.86 exhaust, kinda the big one of the range - very hard to find.

Thanks
Mine is starting to smoke a bit under full acceleration , but I would like a bit more Voomah. Hence the slightly better turbo.
I had to give it horns this morning against a really neat and screamer of a Civic V-tec. In fairness to my beast , I was running sideways through 1st , 2nd and the first few thousand rpm of 3rd thanks to the wet roads , but the Civic ran like a demon.
I still came out on top anyway !

Go check the Honda forum for the other guy's race tale. I'm sure it won't be the sameAndrew.200SX wrote:Thanks
