actually - this method only requires that you undo 4 bolts on the propshaft, and 4 bolts on the gearshift boot.  plus 1 circlip.  its no big deal!

I adjusted the clutch and it seems ok, clutch is high though. So Ill leave it for now.

you're right.  hell, that'll cut it down to 5 bolts to remove!  and it will make the job about 60% easier.
