If there is a leak or the seals are not good it should become less.

We'll pump it good tonight to see if it leaks at all, or gets 'less'

When the clutch peddel is compressed the slave cylinder piston should extend maximum....it must travel about 3+ cm's, does it?

Also to check the master cylinder and slave, let someone compress the clutch and keep it compressed... see if the piston stays "errected" :D.

I will see if I can't make a turn over the weekend, PM me your number then I will phone if I can come.

PFB also stays close to you so you can also ask him to come and check if he can.

I will check these things but I don't think its extending all the way, I think it is leaking a tiny bit thus not making it extend all the way loosing pressure, a seal kit should sort this out?

You should have a 19mm piston so get that size seal kit from your spare man. Any nissans in that size will work, i think ive got a stanzas kit.

I suggest you do the master and the slave cylinder seals, if it does not extend properly chances are good that replacing the 2 kits will sort the problem....but I am still wondering why the resevoir stays full....

ok well slave cylinder has new seal, system bled.
Guess what!!! problem still there, everything with the hydrolic system looks fine. The slave pushes the plate fine as far as we can tell, probably about 3cm as Draco said.

Now all that's left is something inside the box :(

Thanks to Charlvdw and Puls0nic for the assistance!!!

Hmmmm Maybe the fork's come off the pivot?

Worst case with a worn release bearing it can push straight throught the teeth on the clutch, but that would have resulted in alot of noise!!!
