How easy is it to change the clutch cable on a S13 mine seems to have ended its life.

well there is no clutch cable its hydrolic clutch unless you mean the hydrolic pipe
whats wrong with your clutch

I was afraid of that

when I press the clutch pedal it is very easy to press, and the clutch does not disengage.

Check for leaks.
I think your piston is messed up.
It doesnt cost alot to fix if that s the problem. Like R50

dont be lazy - do it yourself!
get the ou vrou to "pump", and get under the car to see that the slave piston is moving and that the clutch fork is moving with it!

Open up the lid for the resevoir and check what color is the the brake fluid.
About 3 weeks ago I cooked the fluid so if the fluid is black its cooked and you need to do a flush.

You probably right but If you remember when we had poker night, my car over heated. I think it got cooked at that time.
I thought I blew my H/Gasket but when I took it out it was still fine. I replaced it anyways.
I dunno what could of caused it to overheat cos it never happened before or maybe it was scared of the other cars there.
Personally I think the heater radiator had something to do with it

it was sort of brown I think, but even so how does it work one moment then all of a sudden just stop
