Update:
well, after being delayed by customs, finally received valves and springs.
head assmebled: +- 60hrs of work by hand + 24hrs on the cnc later the head is now ported and fitted with supertech S/S intake and inconel exhuast valves, Tomei valve springs and a pair of Tomei cam-shafts.
engine still on stand, waiting for branch to get back from powerkote.
will take some more pics over the weekend...

more flow... (unshrouding the valves) - lower compression ratio at 8.6:1, that allows for more reliable high boost ( 2bar+) , should also allow more agressive timing, but i quess time will tell.
quote from "Endyn / theoldone" :
"Note that we've made some major changes to the factory's box-style combustion chamber. Our chamber design unshrouds the +.1mm oversize valves and our unique recessed quench pads completely eliminate the detonation-prone deep-stepped factory quench pads."
lotsa info available re this subject, but at the end of the day , you got to decide what you think will work for your application and how much of a risk you willing to take
