Howzit Guys...

Installed my new Toy today the 76mm stainless exhaust system is on the car. I love the Jap style back-box and the side exit looks damn nice.
I will get pic’s for you guys, I have given the old system to a Club member hope he like’s it.

Also I was able to get my hands on a Horsham developments Chip the timing curve insnt close to the stock chip so there is a lot changed anyway will keep you guys posted.

The next Mod’s are going to be Race Disk’s all around and a Stage 3 Clutch system as it slipping badly again .

All I added was a 76mm Flex stainless flex section just after the turbo's down-pipe , I'm very impressed with the quality and with the secnd box the system is quieter then my old system

Nice PFB. I've been wanting a system like that for a while now...

What make is that sysem? Is your car lowered yet? If not it looks like there will only be cm's clearance to the ground once that's done.

To be Honest , Im not sure what system it is I got it for a song and the welds and workmanship are great best bet would be a Megan Racing system.

I did check measurements and its 80mm outer-diameter and true 76mm internal.

My turbo has started smoking again so I have lost back-pressure and there is a change on the Air-fuel ratio meter , she has not been dropped yet.

I have to admit the timing change from the stage 3 chip has made her more responsive but I am a bit disappointed I happened to get a run with a worked 330CI and a new Mini cooper S , I was able to open a 1 and 1/2 car gap on the mini and a 1/2 car gap on the 330 but I was hoping to give them a bigger gap and the car feels stronger but maybe my butt dyno is acting up again

Yep definitely.

With my previous sabre which had only a SR20DE, 264 regrind cams, walbro pump, CAI, 63mm zorst and TNT headers I used to pull about 2-3 cars on a 330i from standstill right up to about 220km/h. And that sabre only had about 98kw to the front wheels....

160wkw should be a lot quicker. My s13 ran 15 flat with about 123wkw odd, almost a full second quicker than the sabre over 400m (take into account rwd launch advantage though)

I dont think that 330Ci was stock becuase it ran away from the Mini the same way I did.

I also ran a Focus ST on Friday and was about the same maybe I need to work on my tune.

She might be going to a Dyno on thursday if money allows
