oh your talking bout that...ha ha thought you were talking bout the ac.

Took the car this morning to my mechanic. he says its either a small end bearing but it sounds more like a main bearing. He has years of XP so I trust him.

I think SA Autoparts, they in Maitland I think... not sure, dont quote me on that one.

No they are in elsiesrivier...And NO you dont want to buy a motor from them.

Thats some of the worst motors I have seen in my life!!!

Btw does a SR20DET motor fit on our gearboxes?

I bought 2 motors from them that was fine, oh well, mayb they gone downhill!

Dont think it does, not to sure dude, the other lads will know.

We should hookup as soon as my car is fixed!

Sure you wont get top $$$ for the engine with a bearing knock but you will still get alot more without the french window in the block.

karma and 200sx's are very close buddy's!!!

as for a ca18det and sr20det. the gearboxes are similar but the bellhousings are different so they wont fit each other. but all you need to do is change the bellhousing!

Any idea where I can get the bellhousing to fit and a great price on a sr20det motor or maybe a ca18det in better than mint cond????
