dose anyone know what the water pipe under the exhaust manifold is for

it is a top mount turbo of a sr20 there are 2 oil pipes and 1 that goes to the block for water under the exhaust manifold . do i have this right so far ? THEN theres the pipe that goes to the back of intake manifold what does that do???? By the way i have a ca motor

Yeah, the water pipe coming from the turbo goes into the block, the water pipe going to the turbo goes into a chamber on the intake manifold and then to the turbo. After engine shutdown the steam created by the turbo rises into this chamber and cools back into water.
