Step 1 is to check the plugs if they look decent close the gaps up you may need to go as small as .50mm in some cases. If closing the gaps up helps then start looking for some coils with horsepower so you can run bigger plug gaps again.

You will find that as you close the gaps up the idle will ...

Yes I have read the ad in SNS and I have been taken on a tour of Ivans premises while he showed me all his stock and explained where it comes from.

If his staff are sayings its Eagle rods then its sounds like someone is lying. The other thing that proves they are not genuine is the fact that they ...

Stupid piston...
Not stupid piston but maybe
Stupid leaking injector
Stupid too much boost
Stupid tired fuel pump
Stupidly not tuned properly
Stupid wrong spark plugs
I could go on
Definitely not a stupid piston

The std fan has a viscous coupling so it only works at low speeds. Also its a little known fact but any electrical thing robs power as it places a laod on the alternator.

There are no free lunches

There are two different types of thses valves.
The recirculating type which is what is fitted as std to all factory turbo cars. This is the onkly type to run if your car is eqiupped with a maf sensor.

Then you have BOV or Blow Off Valves these vent to atmosphere and make that boy racer sound.

stupid question is there a problem with the stock fan? If not dont waste your time and money fixing somethiong that aint broke.
Rather spend it on the brakes or Suspension which more than likely need lots of TLC

The 28 can be made to fit without changing boost pipes. Especially if you make a special unobtanium adapter to change the angle of the outlet.

I am about to become unpopular but I feel the need to correct a terrible mistake I see being perpetuated.

Where the port is "matched" to the gasket is an abortion. You cannot "round' the port out to the gasket line as it creates terrible turbulence and destroys the flow.

The port must taper in ...
