They will be exactly the same as the std ones, which hold the turbo/manifold nuts in place.
I am getting my self two different sets as I am putting them on while the turbo is in place and I will use the easier set. 1 set will just have two locking tabs per nut so I can deffinately get to one.
Hurry up if you want am ordering them in about 20mins.

interesting. i used those copper lock nuts all over when i did the rebuild, and although i haven't checked for the past two months or so, i dont think anything has worked itself loose!Gary57 wrote:If you dont have them and your turbo does fall off and keep blowing you very lucky, mine blows like once a week and has nearly fallen off twice.

Too late I placed the order.
I have tried every kind of nut out there and they all fall off so I will put the locking tabs back on.interesting. i used those copper lock nuts all over when i did the rebuild, and although i haven't checked for the past two months or so, i dont think anything has worked itself loose!

The ones on the right are the same as std ones, just not bent. The ones on the left are new ones which be easier to fit while turbo is in place.
These go on the studs in the manifold, after the turbo but before the nuts. You bend the little tabs up on the side so that they hold the nut tight and prevent it from rattling loose.
