Know where to find these?

Hi all, im doing some hose neatening on my CA, would like some vacuum caps/blank offs.... not sure what you actually call them but see the pics below, ive shown the pictures to every spares shop i know of and none of them are familiar with them, so if anyone could point me into the right direction i would appreciate it, im looking to blank of the unused vacuum nipples on the intake plenum and block off unused water lines etc, looks alot neater than sticking a bolt into a hose.

Find zenaracing on EBay, I got 8mm silicone blanks from there. They have lotsa sizes between 4mm and 32mm.
