engine rebuild

hi guys so my ca18det seems to have some valve stem seals thats a bit damaged also some oil leaks around the motor.

so was thinking of soon in future of rebuilding the engine, can you guys help me out with parts that is a good to do when rebuilding the engine so i can shop for them and then do rthe rebuild.

things i can think of:

cosmetic gaskets set top and bottom. saw a kit a rezlo.
decend bearings.
arp headbolts.
new oil seals all round.
new clutch kit. got a button clutch in so will see.
new crankshaft, mine seems bend.
new valves and springs.
wisico forge pistons but can be done later from the bottom end.
and conrods.
new belts including timing

what about lifters, sleaves?
feel free to join the list with inported parts that has to be done while head striped off and engine out.

what brands are recomended and what have I missed will have to look at the budged as i start to buy these parts as they are pretty pricey
