boost wont go up need help

hey guys need some help from the turbo guys.

on my nissan sabre with sr20det

ok so my det is only boosting 0.3 bar with standert turbo and wastegate, so i saw the wastegate is damaged and disconected it on the valve at the back of the manifold. i closed the valve, to the pos it should be in if the waste gate is normal state, and secured it with a cable tie.
now to my knolage the boost are now forced to go more as it can not waste, but still i only get 0.3 bar.

what can be wrong? turbo exhaust propellers? or cracked manifold.

Turbo F-ed.

Take it out and check it. Should be much easier with FWD...

will take it out next weekend do you think its propellers? can it be tested some way and what should i look for

Could be general wear even. This could be causing vibration. So many things it could be. Just take it out check for play in shaft etc. But best to take to a specialist.

how clean is the air filter ?
Boost pipes leaking ?
BOV not sealing ?

its still a new build dont have any boost leaks and dont have an bov.
fitted new stainless boost pipes and front mount cooler but even before this the boost was only stuck at 0.3.
will take it out and maby drop it at stalion turbos in pta.
there is no play on the turbo and turns nice and smooth.
how ever when i got the motor and started the swap the turbo was very stiff and could harly turn, i was told it was the degrease they use and after some time it will become smooth, witch it has.
you can hear the turbo flutter when its at boost and shift but as if it is spooling up very slowly.

what about the manifold? if it is cracked or waste gate valve inside.
when i disconected the waste gate on normal position the wastegate pushes the valve about 1cm.
when i tied it down to check i staped it back all the way to the left. closed to the wastegate side.
what do you think?

ok I got this sorted out it was the wastegate all along. the cable tie boke off and the wastegate hooked it self back.
how ever i did loosen the bolts and spaced up the wastegate to close the valve as it had about 1cm gap.
is spooling up nice now and boosting more.
but saw my wastegate is not working, so now just need a new one and its 100%
