Stock Turbo and performance on the S14 200sx?

Is the stock turbo on the S14 a T28 Journal or Ball Bearing?
What what rev does it start boosting and at what rev does it die out?

I drove a S14 with a Unichip fitted and it went into boost at about 2500rpm but power died at like 5500rpm
Can the stock turbo hold power to 7000rpm?
Whats the SR20DET rev limit?

Journal Bearing only!!!
OEM started boost just below 3000rpm~ dies out around 5000rpm!
dont try to rev SR20det without rock arm stoper!
