I need sum input here.
Ive rebuilt my ca18det motor, but now every time I boost the motor a water pipe bursts and its a different one every time. Its happened 3times now and im starting 2 get worried :'(
Should I replace all the piping with silicone pipes (I have now idea how old the current pipes are) or might the problem be with my water pump because I had to use the water pump from my ca20 motor?

Theo, sounds like the water system is being pressurized by the intake system under turbo boost.
It could be some thing small such as an intake manifold gasket or it could be a bit bigger such as the head gasket.
To answer your questions, no, silicone hose is not going to solve the problem here. Nothing wrong with using the old pump either.

thanks a mil.
I highly doubt that it's the head gasket, since it's brand new, unless it wasn't done properly.
How would I check if it is the intake manifold gasket?

Think beyond a "new head gasket"
Most older Alfa`s have a corrosion problem where the aluminum under the head gasket tends to corrode away.
A "new" head gasket here is just not going to seal .
Intake gasket is a hassle, remove it and check if it was leaking. I doubt it is the intake gasket, my money would be on the head gasket.
Test. Stay off boost totally and take her for an extended drive. Stay off boost though. Stop after 5 or so kays and check if the hoses are hard. If they are, head gasket.
