I was thinking of a co2 cooling system on the intercooler, basically you have a round copper pipe with small holes drilled or just a spray nozzel pointing directly at the intercooler, connected to a solinoid and on to a 20oz co2 paintball tank, its a cheap modification i read it gives you small amout of power increase, what you guys think any body try it yet

Better to just install a Water/ Methanol kit, gains are way more worth it.

Then rather leave it as it is.

The car doesnt need any extra cooling as long as you keep the boost as is.

I beg to differ, even in stock form heat soak is always a problem....this will help, when others start to loose power because of heat...yours will still be strong...for as long as the CO2 lasts...

Cant see the point of doing this? Its going to last what? 5 minutes? Only time it would be worth using is if you do drags?

Normal use on the road its just not practical.

Thats the only time i would use it, when i do drag racing, i see you point mario im not going to keep the co2 system running constantly as that would be pointless but only when i drag il use it, and yes im not touching the boost at all to scard.

What about filling your engine bay with CO2 and getting sucked into the intake?

Could kill your engine.

You can rather get a pump, solenoid and use your windscreen washer bottle as a tank for water/Meth and run it to your intake. Its been done before at a fraction of the cost of a all out pregressive system.

BASICALLY (And i know, not te same) as the WRX's use, a tank, with a sprayer and a solenoid, and just plain water, spraying over the inter cooler..Optional extra from Subaru if i am not mistaken?? Makes sense.....
