CA18 wont start, cranking like there is no compression

Car is stock std. Cranked to start it this morning and it took and sounded like it fired through the intake. Now it sounds like i am cranking with no spark plugs in. What could have gone? Been thinking Cam belt?

have you taken a spark plug out to check if its making spark? mybe start there

Aah no, the only reliable S13 is down and out!
Though the way you describe it does make it sound the same as when my timing belt broke.
Now check for spark you bannana
