s13 ca18 bogging at 3k rpm

seem to be happening on 3rd gear onwards. first and 2nd is fine. feels the car is holding back on 3rd gear onwards. if i rev high at 1st and 2nd and go to 3 rd and so on its not a problem. but if im cruising on 5th and put foot down at 3000 rpm just holds back, also backfires and jerks. boost is still 0.5bar so dont think detonation or low fuel pressure

thanks will check it out. i did see some suspicious pipes that go next the radiator/fusebox. its a biacth to remove the clamps there. also hope the intercooler is not leaking.

I see some oil accumulation by the boostpipe leaving the intercooler joining to the plastic pipe over the radiator. Its in a awkward place because the two boostpipes are close together
