so my gt2560r packed up on my engine - S13


I managed to get hold of a Chinese t28, the w380 model

i need to know what needs to be modded to fit the turbo

anyone shed some light please

I am looking at the W280....Whats the difference between the W280 and W380...

I thought the W280 are of higher quality?

i dont know, but it looks slightly bigger.

i just wanna know, i imported an elbow piece for my gt2560 2 months ago, i wanna know if i can bolt it onto this turbo

Best would be to phone Turbo direct, they are the garett importers in SA and they sell these W280 turbos :D

Why don't you take the shot turbo off and compare, the turbo should fit onto the exhaust manifold, as for the downpipe to the exhaust...don't know...

bolt the rear piece off that is fitted to the turbo at the moment and the elbow you have will fit fine.

Also what you pay for this? looking at a temp solution for my SR...

couple weeks ago... i was looking at a turbo like this as well... brand new R3000... but i got lucky and i got that GT28R with HKS actuator for the same price

Buddy of mine bought it new, wrote his car off before he could fit it. He paid 3.5k for it, and i got it from him...

Anyways car going in for fitment tomorrow, hope it will at least perform the same as my gt2560r
