Hey guys,
We are shopping around for a ball bearing turbo for the GTIR.
Seeing that this is a full track car, we are looking for something very responsive.
I was thingking the GT28RS turbo. What is the most power we can expect from a SR20DET motor with this turbo.

Too big for track gary, its a 4wd so we want minimum lag.... I drove a RB with that size turbo and it wasnt instant enough.

Not looking for crazy power guys, just instant response.
We will be running 8" slicks in a 4wd car, so the resposnse can be instant. It wont break traction.

Yeah GT3071 is right, get some cams and RAS, retainers etc, so you can rev to 8 000rpm, then when you change you will always be above boost thresh-hold and the boost will be instant...

Best choice, or even a new GTX3071R, same spool, more power
