question:
how many splines do i have to strip, before the 6th bolt on my sideshaft works its way loose, and then flies off... becoming entangled in my ABS sensor, thus leaving my ABS LED on my dash on, confusing my ECU, and causing a dry-joint in my SMJ.
i ask this because my car pulls to the left sometimes, and requires constant steering input to keep it sideways on right corners at wesbanks hairpins!
any ideas sokar???
anybody?

thanks for the reply, but i ask this because i was reading the 13btt FSM, and i noticed that the grounding cable is different to mine. this seems to be a problem in the s13. when i measure my ground and it has continuity, and there is 12 volts on the closed loop, ground to 12v, then the rear alignment sometimes changes, which can cause the 3rd bolt of my driveshaft to work loose and damage the speed sensor. then my handbrake doesnt seem to lock the rear wheels properly to initiate my drift, and i have to use the shift lock style!
anybody else had this problem?

You have not sychronised your alternator properly which is why you have the ground problem.
Plus I think the Geloffrenshaft alignment may be out which is causing a harmonic distortion which causes the driveshaft to go out of phase hence causing a molecular shift in the 3rd bolt leading to stretch and it coming loose.
The real solution to this problem is an occasional poes klap to the ear

hmmm... i thought it might be something like that, and i knew you could help, but i am not sure about the Geloffrenshaft? i haven't heard of this before, but you would think it was self aligning. i mean manufacturers usually do something to cancel out harmonic distortion (like with dampening force regulators misaligned in crankcase pulleys), but to not do something about that leads me to one conclusion:calibrator wrote:You have not sychronised your alternator properly which is why you have the ground problem.

i really dont those chana's cos chinese car manufacturers suck!
and i'll take the p..s without the klap!
as for you, mr. jokeepants
i always thought you were an cosmo/astro-nought!!!! and with a poesklap from calibrator you may get to experience zero gravity just before you come back down to earth!!!widowmaker wrote:according to my cosmological hypothesis
anyway - i'll try to have that funny-sounding shaft aligned. and i know just the place - the crazy german!

i cant wait for undertaker-widowmaker to come along and give me a PK to help me align my SMJ with the FSM, because my ECU keeps sending the wrong signals to the ABS and that effects my DRFT hecti...cally!!!!
