Having just fitted my FMIC and oil cooler ahead of my radiator, my radiator is suffering a bit as expected.
For those that have done these mods is merely fitting an Al radiator sufficient?
Obviously the flow through the radiator is not great after modding the bumper and fitting averything, so will look at restoring the flow through the radiator by closing up the gaps between the bumper and radiator.
I've got a BMW electric fan in already running off a Honda fan switch (85deg IIRC) located on the thermostat housing.

Hi Enzio
I would suggest putting in a geugot fan switch and an S14 twin core alu radiator with twin 12" fans. Mine stays ice cold and takes ages to warm up like that, also geugot fan switch opens at +/- 65 - 70 deg, 85 is too late for these motors. I would also put one fan on a jumper switch sothat if you you know you gonna be driving hard, you can flick the switch to make it run constantly. This will then imitate the best fan settup for the car (the original clutch fan).
O and yes, air guides are also very nice to have
