SR20DET Splutters at low rpm

Hey guys
I need some helping advice
My car drives fine when i drive it normally but if i drive the car and the rpm's is in 1st or 2nd gear in rush hour at 1500 with very little throttle it starts to splutter.

It is starting to irritate the s#%t out of me.

I have changed the following to see if the problem is there :

Fuel filter (GUD)
Spark plugs (NGK Iridium tipped)
Oil filter (GUD)
Oil (Castrol Magnatec)

The only other things i think it could be is some of the following :
ECU
Cam Angle Sensor
Throttle Position Sensor
Injectors
Air Flow Meter

I had the Coil packs tested and i am informed that they are fine.

Can anybody give me good advice on where to start looking please

mine does the same... but my timing is retarded by few degree... still have to dyno the car to see what is going on...
