Does anyone know who sells the WR range of Chinese turbos in Cape Town?

I found a dealer once on Gumtree , but now I am battling to find a supplier

Have you considered using ebay.com?

I don't recommend chinese turbo's but there are plenty on the bay

Yes I have thought of Ebay and all the other ways of getting them , but I know there was someone in Cape Town selling them, I just can't find him now.

As for not wanting to use them , I was also weary , but I haven't had a days shit with the WR280 that I have on my SR and it spools up nice and early and keeps going all the way up to the redline. So for the price I can't complain.

I am running minimum boost on the turbo ( 0.9 ) and I have 191 kw's and 350 nm of torque at just over 4000 rpm. Not to shabby

If you seeing good results with yours then brilliant! It's luck of the draw really as quality control is what usually lets them down (being it reliability or performance)

I have heard about the reliability issues, but as you say , then I must be lucky.
