Advice on a 200STI (new spec)

Post by rat »

Saw one for sale down the road and went for a look R40k which is retail price (got the books at work hehe) 206xxxkms body looks good. Has got branch and exhaust otherwise std. The shocks that hold the boot up are finished and the door pads are coming up by the windows so from outside you can see the inside of the pads?

So took it for a drive and well my 160gxi sabre (old spec) seems more responsive and brakes better but otherwise drives ok. Everything works eg a/c p/s etc

Is there anything i should look out for? Like known problems etc, and anyone can compare the ga16 to the sr20 or is there something wrong with this sr20

soz that was not very clear. The car was rolled and smashed twice before and now they are trying to sell it. I am not going to buy that car now.

Small town everyone knows about everyone history. I asked the guy across the road at autozone and he was like "NO NO DONT TOUCH THAT"
