Injector Cleaning

Howzit

Has anyone here had the stock 370cc injector cleaned by SAC?
I got a good quote from them and since the injectors have been in there for 13 years I would like to clean them

mine were cleaned and serviced for about 150 each here in randburg.

whats the quote from SAC?

in randburg near the susuki place on hans strijdom is a place called "autorosen".

there's an old chap there, and he has an injector machine that does ultrasonic cleaning, flow rate testing, and when he services injectors he puts new filters in. not sure what else gets "serviced" though, if there is anything else.

Bosch charged me about R250 for four injectors for the same thing - new filter baskets, flow rate testing, spray pattern testing, etc.

Phinx, I used Rightway Auto Bosch in Midrand, but you could use whoever is closest to you

And window, the R4000 for new injectors afterwards was by Chip Logic. My injectors were leaking so I asked Bosch to service them, but that obviously didn't fix the problem...

thats very good of you to say. i thought you might know him from your involvement in the industry and in the same area.

he is a good ol' guy, and i met him through a good mate of mine.

hijack (sorry!) - maurice once asked me to try find him a FSM for a nissan A15 engine, but i couldn't find one after much digging! anyone perhaps have one, or have maybe come across one somewhere?
