wont start

hoe lyk dit I have a serious problem guye`s my sx wont start it is geting feul the spark is there but i dont think it is iviciant to get it goeing like bouing any advice wil be apriciated

I WORKED ON THE CAR UNTIL 3;15 THIS MORNING HELP ME

Does the engine turn? No? Check the starter... Mine f'd out on me last week.

Check your CAS sensor, it's the source of all evil, remove it and turn it by hand you should hear clicking noises from the injectors... just don't flood the car.

Check your MAF... it might not want to run without it.

You got spark you got fuel you say, how do you know you got fuel, checked that your fuel line is getting hard as you turn the ignition? Simple way to check for pressure.

Check all wiring... normally it's something small...

200sx_MP you said you worked on it until 3am. what were you working on? what did you fiddle with? those questions might hold answers for it not starting.

or did you work on it trying to get it started until 3 am???

aha, so its the injectors that does that clicking?
ok, now if i turn it around and all of them click - does that mean that all of them should work?
apart from leaking, how do you know when to replace - do they ethier work or not, or are there various degrees of 'working'?

I had a strange thing happen to my SX a couple of years ago & once more about a year ago.

The next morning the car just didn't start. I had fuel & spark & awesome swinging started but no kick.

I pulled out the fuse for the fuel pump, cranked the engine a couple of times, put the fuseback for the pump & low & behold..she frieken started.
It was an air lock...I think, but exactly the same thing happended to my new SX.....
Very very strange peter....give it a try.
