i rush back to work to finish off
inserted it got new viton o-rings turned the old seals around to create a new sirface to seal and pronto it done
who ever said it hard changing injectors with the manifold on is WRONG it so simple took 30min for it to all be out and 30min back in
well now im happy plus had injectors flow tested and they still within spec

That piece isnt there for fun, it is there to aid in the atomisation and distribution of the fuel.
What you do is hook that injector up to a flow bench and check the flow pattern and then hook a good injector up and see the difference.
Im not being an ass here, do you remember the injector pintal thread??

i agree with gary - those pintle caps are very important.
the other part of the stuff-up is that they only cost 30 bucks each and snap with the utmost of ease, so you really should've replaced them dude!
