yes it is i think it is that the t piece has a small hole in it where the ball sits to seal vacum

but it takes over 1 bar to activate actuator
but the ca could handle 1bar was no splutter but i gone back to standard till i sort out it not going over 1 bar

thanks donny i found that diagram the person i got the boost controll said it boosts to 1.5bar then returns to lets say 0.6 std

the prob is that the lil ball inside doesnt release itself at 5.5bar but at 0.1bar the reason why you getting 1.5bar is the design flaw i saw in it there is a lil hole where the ball sits so that the turbo cant suck a vacume from the vented line and the hole is like a 3mm id hole so you getting such restriction on the flow to the acutator

what i did it toss the t piece awy and join the main control barb to turbo and other to wastegate and instead of turnning to the direction of the - to lower boost it now increases boost so the controll is in reverse i hope this makes sense

What management are you running? I might have a kick ass solution for you, and it'll bring down the lag as well!

That's a pity, the system i'm referring to relies on the GPO function on an after market management.

It's funny, but mine did the same, it only cuts out at 1.1 barr... i just figured it was the previous owner that mucked around! check if your EPROM is slotted, that will tell you.

It not all about boost pressure hey. Flow counts more for making power. Like my 13G maxed out the stock injectors at about 0.7bar.
