that is fly wheel kw not rear wheel kw big difference.
to get 160kw at the fly basic bolts ones like zorst FMIC fuel pump maybe a cone filter or drill the std airbox
sx std is doing about 90 - 100rwkw so there is alot of work
my list for 150rwkw boosting at 0.8 - 0.9 injectors 90% duty cycle
T28 off a gtir
fmic
cone filter
63mm zorst
dicktator
walbro pump

The The CA18DET suffers from three main issues that have been corrected on the SR20 Motors
The first is the small MAF that max’s out at around 190HP ( 141FWKW) ,The Second is the completely undersized turbocharger, The T25 doesn’t have the flow capacity to deliver much more above the stock quoted 130KW , I personally think the turbo’s maximum is around 150FWkw (its more sized between a 1400cc – 1600cc motor) and third the small, Intercooler that compounds the issue with the small turbo making inlet temperature sky-rocket.
The Stock injectors are good for around 160FwKW at 100% duty cycle , From experience the first item I would consider upgrading is the fuel pump and exhaust system install a good quality air filter and FMIC. With a good tune this would see the stock AFM maxed out , Replace the item with a SR20 unit or similar increase the boost to around 0.8 – 0.9 bar and this will bring you close to your 160FWKW figure plus allow the turbo to last a little
If your shooting for 160RWKW, you could get that number on any of the inaccurate dyno’s around SA just ask the guy to fiddle with the ambient correction but I don’t think you can truly get that number on the stock turbo
