I think he sold the t28 from hes sr20 with the engine.
This might not be from hes sr20det.
Please confirm seller.

In May 1998 a NEO head was fitted, which enabled the engine to be classified as a low emission vehicle engine (LEV). The non-VCT and non-turbo was fitted to the R32 Skyline, the VCT turbo and non-turbo was fitted to R33 Skylines and the WC34 Stagea. R34 Skylines also use these engines, but they are fitted with a NEO head.

Its a T3/T28 hybrid

But overall info from my research is sketchy

Small diameter compressor wheel 46.5mm
Large diameter 66.5mm
Trim is 70

Exhaust wheel outlet is 44mm.
T3 flange in.
Would guess it could do 330-350hp.
These are not very happy with high boost or high temerature.

ceramic wheels quick spool up but dont boost more than a bar, think even a bar is risky
