has anyone tried the stainless manifolds locally available? I have heard that there is some issues with them.(Cracking, too much expansion etc.) What is the general take on these?

(yes go for it / NO they are crap dont bother)

Please guys need some help here... :?

I’m sorry I don’t trust the local stuff unless its made from steam-pipe and by a reputable place but then normally the cost is pretty high and it just works out cheaper to go with a good International manifold anyway thats normally better designed

I will go stainless if you plan on keeping the car for some time, I’m hoping to import a stainless manifold for the Sentra in the next few months

See if you can find out who makes them and f they say they don’t know then stay away....

Just look-up Xs-power or ssautochrome for the horror stories, I personally think they are the cheap Chinese shit people is SA will buy anything mostly because we don’t know any better

I have one on my SR20, cracked twice. If you fit it, make sure to put a brace from the head to the turbo, to help carry the weight.
Have not had any problems with the RB25 stainless manifold.
