Nope, slightly less, because I change program (the exercise workout) every 4 weeks. So some workouts I don't do dumbbell bench press. But right now I am on 60' per hand working back to the 74's. i bought it for R1150 to do this set up
but i didnt like it so i went for the double subs like dis
the sub ran less than a hour so dont say its a shotty old speaker when you have no idea the condition of it

3000 watts - thats hectic. whats the RMS rating??? and what size doos does it need to make it pump???
