Nope, slightly less, because I change program (the exercise workout) every 4 weeks. So some workouts I don't do dumbbell bench press. But right now I am on 60' per hand working back to the 74's. Eish. Not easy. Any way, I always say it is not the weight that counts, but rather how you look.

ITS BRAND NEW
i bought it for R1150 to do this set up

but i didnt like it so i went for the double subs like dis

the sub ran less than a hour so dont say its a shotty old speaker when you have no idea the condition of it

not sure rms but i used a 2500watt amp to power it and amp was set max it pumped well but i was more into the twin sub look
