I'm keen, but wanted to upgrade the suspension and do a few things to my sx before the next one.

I would like to get the CA18DE cam in, do lowering springs and maybe polyurethane bushes. I want the suspension sorted.

Btw gary, would you be able to do polyurethane bushes for me?

Yeah Ryan I can sort the bushes out for you, thanks for the KAK job...

I think you should look at getting a dictator or unichip before you go for the cam, you will get a big improvement just from a tune.

Sorry for giving you a kak job man ... But I don't particularly trust my sx with anyone else.

Ok, so I think I will leave the cam for now then. Just get the springs and bushes sorted for the track day.

the DE cam made a difference in my car even without a tune. but it will benefit even more with a tune!

I keep getting conflicting opinions about the cam thing. Some say that it won't run right without a tune and others say that it will make a difference even without a tune... hmm

i put a DE intake cam into my car.

did nothing else.

midrange and topend improved - now question about it. didnt change idling characterstics, and engine ran fine!

The DE cam will make a difference without a tune, no doubt. Right now get a dicktator or unichip and tune it, there will be a huge improvement.
