80mm Same size as RB20/RB25 but has higher calibration. Should be good for around 350rwkw. Perfect swap into Rb20/Rb25 as bolt pattern is identical and no change is required. RB30 AFM plug fits which can be had very cheaply from any nissan/holden wrecker

90mm Higher calibration and larger diameter airflow meter. Has been known to go upto 450rwkw. The physical body of the unit is larger and it wont fit standard pod filte adapters or airboxes. It is just over 3.5" in diameter on the outside. The inside diameter is 3".

Okay found some more clarity on this:

The MAF I have for sale is from a RB20DET or VG30DET motor. Part # on the MAF is 22680-16V00-AE36-000-N60. This is not the same as a maxima maf. Hence 350whp.

RB20DE(T)
Part # 22680-16V00

RB20DE(T)
Part # 22680-02U00

RB25DE
Part # 22680-02U00

VH45DE
Part # 22680-61U00

VH45DE
Part # 22680-61U01

VG30DE(T)
Part # 22680-16V00

Here are some further MAF information:

SR20DE MAF 91-94 Sentra SER, part # 53J00
50mm 250 WHP-----------Bored 54mm 290 WHP

SR20DE MAF 91-99 200sx SER, part # 53J01
50mm 250 WHP-----------Bored 54mm 290 WHP

SR20DE MAF 00-01 Sentra SE
325 WHP

91-94 Pulsar GTIR, part # 54C00
50mm 290 WHP-----------Bored 54mm 345 WHP,

Aveneir W10 and W11, part # 54C01
50 mm 290 WHP----------Bord 54mm 345 WHP

Maxima 95-98
325 WHP

SR20VE, Pathfinder 00-04 V6, Xterra 00-04 V6, Frontier 00-04 V6, Quest V6
325 WHP

300zx and 300zx TT 90-96, part # 22680-30P00
80mm 500 WHP

Infinity J30, part # 22680-30P00
80mm 500 WHP

There is also an older 90mm Infinity Q45 maf good for 600whp.

Lastly, for up to 340whp the N60 (16V00) is said to flow more stable than the Z32 N62 MAF.

Cool - Mods can can we make this a sticky pls.

Some more info specifically for the CA guys. This will work for the N60, N62, RB20/25 Maf's

CA Harness wire Colors --------> N60, N62, RB20/25 Maf

Green/Black ----------> PIN B
Black -----------------> PIN C + D
Black/White -----------> PIN E
Green/Yellow ----------> No Connection

Leave PINs A+F unconnected if there is even a pin or wire coming from it. Some Maf will only be pins B,C,D,E some will be A,B,C,D,E,F but again leave A+F unconnected.

Enjoy!
