Hi guys...
Found old links to some nice reading information and dyno results, Unfortunitly the Engine used in on the dyno's is an SR20DET but the results should be similar on the CA18DET.
There is some good dyno results on grounding kits as well.

thanks pinkfluff,
i WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO EVERYONE WHO DIDNT NOTICE:
THE HKS HI-POWER PIPE HAS NO SILENCERS, ONE REAR MUFFLER, AND HAS 85MM PIPING!
HMMM... the boys at HKS must be knobs!
the coil replacements also gave improvements, highlighting the hunch i've had for a while about these OLD OLD coil packs!!!
and i quote:
Pros
The Tomei turbine outlet pipe is a handsomely crafted stainless-steel pipe. It fits perfectly and is noticeable larger than the stock cast-iron turbine outlet. Because the outlet pipe allowed the turbo to breathe easier, we saw the power noticeably increase from 3500 rpm through red line.
hmmm - they got rid of the MAF - replaced it with a MAP and air temp sensor - along with management it gave some nice results. exactly what i will be doing! YEAH!!!
hmmm - they went with a GT60RS turbo for the final upgrade. its basically a big T28. i'm fitting a stock s14 t28 though. they also mentioned that the stock cams hinder the torque above 5000rpm - and i've got cams.
DUDE - you are rekindling the excitement again - nice post. thanks!!!

The Power pages are greaty reading...
No one can really argue with dyno proven results and Everything you pointed out in your post should also be seen on the CA18DET.
But I do think they could go into more detail on some things but over all a great starting place for "noobs" to see what type of gains to expect on each type of mods.
Did you see the gains they made on the supra? With just a few small mods they gained 40 + WHP also gains of between 1 and 2 Hp with just a grounding kit proven on a N/A car...
