Howzit guys ..... stuff for sale
1.) S14 seat (front and rear) Blue and Black leather including leather inserts for door cards
2.) Standard pistons and rods
3.) XS Power turbo manifold - brand new
4.) exhaust manifold and turbo (standard)
5.) standard valve springs
basically stripping internals of Jap import motor - ask and thou shall recieve
baby need some new shoes!!!

OK...T28. mechanic only stripped the motor yesterday...i will check up... will post pics.
just to point out that the head, crank and bearing were in excellent condition on this motor.... everything looks well on this jap motor.
Thats favour i tell you.

Standard turbo on a S13 redtop SR20 is a T25G!!!! Only S14 and S15 came with the T28
(before you try to correct me, RallyX doesnt specify which SR20 it is.... I have a feeling its the cheaper S13 Red/Blacktop he's bought....)

Wow . . . nice going on making a "noob" feel comfortable enough to contribute to the forum instead of just lurking
PS. he said "s14" and "SR20" in the same post.... clearly my fault for not realising that the motor is out of an S13

well now noobs...
there are actually 3 different blacktops out there.
differentiating between 1 and 2 is easy.
but the differences between 2 and 3 aren't such a walk in the park.
1. s13 blacktop. flat black tappet cover. T25g turbo, no VVT. highport motor.
2. s14 blacktop. notched (humped) black tappet cover. T28 journal type turbo. bulge in front of tappet for the VVT, plus a VVT solenoid. low port motor.
3. s15 blacktop, all the same as the s14, 'cept the T28 was a full ball bearing turbo.
AND... if you really want to get complicated, on the very late model s15's the blacktop motor was reverted back to journal bearing turbo's.
consider yourselves schooled!!!

just out of intrest....what is the price of the T28 turbo u have availble???
will it be as is(as in used...or will it be rebuilt with a new kit?)
