Hi there and welcome. Awesome to hear from Romania. Remember to send us pics about your sx.
Not that I know what is wrong with your sx, but did you perhaps check ECU fault codes?
Also I hope some other members on this forum will be able to help.
I have also done an engine rebuild and no idling at all.
Do you have a manual of the s13 with you?

re
yes it has been skimmed 0.05 mm of the block and the problem is not the idle is that my engine stalls at 3000 revs with the pedal down and it makes a wierd sound with backfires, but at 4000revs runs fine until 6000revs, if i take the acceleration slowly the car revs fine,i have cheked the ecu it gives the next faults : 12.(afm) and 13.(coolant sensor) but they are ok i just unnpluged them with the engine on,i have another car for spare parts.and try with other parts an the simptom is the same.i forgot to tell u guys that i dont have any aftermarket parts on it is stock and the head gasket is stock, spark plugs are BOSCH bcpr7+(i think) and they are cooper.last night i have cheked the coils again but not a compromising result. could be the spark plugs???should i take the NGK ones and if so someone give me the correct codes for stock (i dont have the monney for irirdium ones)

I notice a quiet time on our forum, cause of holiday festive season. Be sure there are members that possibly can help. I think the sparkplugs bcpr7 are ok. I use nr 7's. Cheapies are ok. I just replace them regulary.
This rev problem of yours got me!!!
Hope that VC and Vlade and others logs on to forum soon to assit.

i've had similar issues with my car before, the only difference is that once it hit the point where it wouldnt idle, it went no further. i couldnt rev it up any higher than that point.
your symptoms are strange, but you shouldn't just be unplugging those sensors while the car is running.
as far as i know the two sensors that turn on the limp mode ecu setting are the AFM and the water temp sensor. but then your car wouldnt rev up beyond 3000 anyway.
have you checked your engine earths, and the throttle position sensor. also, have a look in the articles section for the CAS (crank angle sensor) bearing replacement. i took about a month to solve a similar problem, and i checked everything from sensors to wiring harnesses, to ECU, to timing settings. it turned out that the bearings were running in the housings and causing electrical problems. i changed the bearings and BAM...
the problems went away!!!
good luck.

Here's a VERY VERY important tip that Freddie and I learnt today, AGAIN:
Your FIRST task in troubleshooting problems should be the FULL SERVICE MANUAL.
In your case, read EF & EC-32. Engine stall while accelerating -> EF & EC-58. Possible causes: mixture ratio, ignition sparks (weak, missing), compression pressure low, crank angle sensor, air flow meter, exhaust gas sensor (if you got one).
Follow their troubleshooting guide.

CHECK U RELAYS IT 9965 RELAY DAT COULD BE FAULTY.IM GOT THE SAME PROBLEM
re
first of all i dont know where the secondary butterflys are (if u have a photo) and second i have posted that i have troubleshot everything (sensors, and cleaned all pipes and sensor) i dont have a oxigen sensor.i have checked all the pages in manual, all sensors are in the right value as the manual says.i forgot to tell u if i rotate the "cas" fully anticlockwise the car runs fine and that stall dissapears(i have double checked the timing belt )
but the timing belt is offset with 20 degres.and where is that releay to check it out a pic maybe .thanx
