I need a ring grinding tool!

Any one know someone who knows someone who has a ring grinding tool that I can use?

looks like one of those "make your own tool" things - why is it so special?

oh, and its good that you put pics up. otherwise more of our innocent forumers had to see what google has to say under the heading "ring grind"

should i post some?
