There is a Company that will do Braided Brake-lines for our SX’s but they need a sample.
Estimated cost is R 1100 for all four corners including all fittings

They might give discount for a bunch , not sure...

Why do you want new braided brake lines? What is wrong with the stock ones?

Why I asked the question is this: Again this topic is one of those with thousands of different answers. No proof that braided brake lines are better
than rubber ones.

One dude on the internet tried some test which was well done, but, the results said nothing.

So I am just carefull that it will end up like bling, bling, bling .

I must admit, it will look good, but only for my eyes ownly while lifting up the sx with a jack

you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet , hmmm... thats a bit of a conundrum considering what i am about to submit!!!

it has been proven that steel braided hoses perform better than rubber hose. one dude on the internet isn't much of a reference in an argument against an entire world full of motoring enthusiasts.

not only do the steel lines prevent line flexing, but they also protect more robustly the rubber of the lines that are encased by the steel braiding.

that is protection from the elements, as well as from any friction or heat that they may come into contact with!

ALSO - R1100-00 is a good price. i've been researching this the past two days, because i am only braided lines away from completing my parts collection for the full Z32 brake mod.

Get your whole internet to show us the papers. Show me the papers. Forget the cosmetics. Show me the science!!!!!!!!!!!!

but can i have custom lines made for my custom brake setup? its only slight different end connectors.

the line should be the same in terms of length, diameter, etc!

Just remember guys, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc... do not use SS braided brake lines on their cars, must be a good reason for that.
