timing broblem please help

I am new to this site so hi to all 200sx club members
Ive redone the hole engin with a set of ARIAS pistons but the ignition timing is 25 degrees before TDC can not get it to 15 degrees before TDC.
and my crank angel sensor is turned fully clockwise what can i do to fix this probem thanks.

I have seen this before on CA 18's
1st check that your cam timing is spot on it is very easy to be one tooth out on the crank. This means each cam is half a tooth out and it looks ok to the casual inspection.

Agreed check the cam timing its happened to me before.
do you still have the keyway to line up the CAS or has it broken off?

Because you can put it a tooth out if so.

that is what i was looking for on the velve timing i even counted the cambelt teeth between the crank and the cams.every thinng is on spec this is how i installed my cam belt i lined up my crank to TDC thats the second mark on pully then my cams the ex cam first then the intake i spended 12k on this engin and it doesnt look good for me

All the marks on the engin CAS is still on it .If i drive the car push it up to 4000rpm and floor it slowly my oil dipstick push out and the engin doesnt sound smooth

Very bad Blow-by will do that

Check you PCV system and do a Compression Test.

Are you sure all the clearances are correct when you assembled the motor??

Not untill you have triple check everything first, maybe get a 2nd opinion?!

What I meant was no, not unless you are 100% certain its in the motor.
