The exhaust side of my S14 if almost sorted, but the inlet is a bit choked. Can get a MAF from a VG20 which I believe is the same as the RB25DET unit. Nice 80mm hole and 3 pin plug, easy to convert to the std S14 4 pin-3 wire plug. While I am at it, also fitting a bigger throttle body, also about 80mm in size.
The part no for the MAF is : 22680 31u00 a36-608 e60
